Nancy Ellen Soteriou

Nancy Ellen Soteriou is the Manager of Partner Services at SeatonHill. Nancy has over six years of experience in professional development and contract management.

Nancy began their career in 2007 as a Lead for the Professional Development & Contracts team at the Texas Department of Transportation. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing technical and professional employees, assessing Department training needs, and designing, developing, instructing, and overseeing vendor instruction of Department-sponsored training courses. Nancy also managed the Department's training contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and Department and State regulations.

In 2013, Nancy retired from the Texas Department of Transportation. Since then, they have been working as the Manager of Partner Services at SeatonHill. In this role, Nancy is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with SeatonHill's partners and clients. Nancy also provides support to SeatonHill's sales team and works closely with SeatonHill's marketing team to develop marketing materials and strategies.

Nancy Ellen Soteriou has earned a Ph.D. in Management from California Coast University, a Master's degree in Management & Human Resources from Webster University, a Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Relations from Park University, and an Associate of Arts - AA in Education from El Paso Community College.
