Rachel Baily

Rachel Baily currently serves as the Director of Development for Science and Research at Seattle Children's, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Major Gifts Officer at The Field Museum from April 2019 to April 2023, and as an Account Executive at Phire Group from August 2018 to April 2019. Rachel's career at the University of Michigan spanned from June 2011 to August 2018, where roles included Major Gifts Officer for Children's and Women's Health, Annual Giving Associate, Development Assistant for Major Gifts, and Development Fellow through the Development Summer Internship Program (D-SIP). Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with University Honors, and a Minor in Community Action and Social Change from the University of Michigan.
