Rosie Jones

Rosie Jones is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a career spanning various leadership roles in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Seattle Children's since July 2018, Rosie has also held positions as Interim Director and Talent Acquisition Manager at the same organization. Prior to this, Rosie worked at Amazon as a Senior Recruiter and HR Regional Recruiter, focusing on high-volume hiring for fulfillment centers. Rosie’s background includes a role as Healthcare Recruiter for Premera Blue Cross, where recruiting support extended to Operations and IT. Earlier experience includes a Senior Recruiter position at Accountants International, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and leading direct hire recruiting processes, as well as a Program and Marketing Manager position at the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce. Rosie Jones began professional journey at Palo Alto Staffing Services, developing client partnerships and directing sales activities. Rosie is an alumnus of the University of Montana.
