Carlos Ruiz

Carlos Ruiz has over 15 years of experience in strategic consulting and stakeholder engagement. Carlos is currently the Chair at Seattle Credit Union, and was previously the Principal at Sidekick Consultants, LLC. from November 2018 to June 2022. Prior to that, they were the Account Director - Strategic Consulting, Stakeholder Engagement at Phase2 from October 2013 to October 2017.

Carlos has a passion for working with clients focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Carlos is known for their ability to conceptualize, communicate, and implement strategic engagement designs to improve the performance of customer products and services. Carlos is a key partner in creating adoption plans within the client’s organization and excels at identifying client goals and implementing success metrics within teams.

Throughout their career, Carlos has managed to cultivate and develop single engagements into long-term accounts while also maintaining a strong focus on P&L and yearly retention. Carlos is a proven leader with a track record of delivering solutions and services on time and within budgeted spend in a highly matrixed environment.

Carlos Ruiz has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix and an Information Technology degree from Hofstra University. Carlos also has certification from the Certified Customer Development Partner and HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates programs.
