Jay Hansen has extensive work experience in talent development, learning and development, and strategic support roles. In their most recent position as Vice President of Talent Development at Seattle Credit Union, they oversee the development and delivery of learning solutions. Currently, Jay is pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Learning Experience Design from Brandeis University - Graduate Professional Studies, with an expected completion date in 2024. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including the ATD-Training Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2015 and various LinkedIn certifications in 2017.
