Hamish Walker has extensive work experience in the field of procurement and supply chain management. Hamish began their career with Molson Coors Brewing Company in 2003, where they served as a National Account Director. In 2005, they became a founding member of the center-led global procurement team, which focused on driving synergies and best practices between the US, Canada, and the UK.

In 2007, Walker joined Coors Brewers Ltd as the Strategic Development Director before returning to Molson Coors in 2009.
