Stephanie Gaines

Stephanie Gaines is a professional with extensive experience in the culinary and procurement sectors. Currently serving as the Land Based Sourcing Coordinator and Purchaser at Seattle Fish Company since May 2021, Stephanie previously held the role of Client Services Supervisor at Rocky Mountain Spice Co. from May 2018 to April 2021. Earlier, Stephanie gained culinary experience at Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel as a Pastry Cook and at SROriginals in various kitchen roles including Chef Apprentice, Chef Assistant, and Kitchen Assistant from August 2012 to January 2017. Educational credentials include an Associate's Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by training in Karrass Negotiating.
