Clark Henderson

Clark Henderson has extensive experience in the field of research and laboratory medicine. Clark has worked as a Principal Scientist at Seagen since July 2022, and prior to that, they held the position of Senior Scientist at the same company. Before joining Seagen, Clark worked as a Research Scientist at the University of Washington from June 2017 to November 2018. During their time there, they developed and validated various LC-MS-based methods for quantitative analysis of proteins in patient samples. Clark also served as a Senior Fellow at the University of Washington Medical Center from April 2013 to June 2017, where they developed targeted proteomic methods and assays to study different diseases. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Davis from September 2007 to April 2013, conducting experiments and analyzing data related to yeast cells and ethanol fermentation. Clark's career began as a Research Associate at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine from December 2005 to July 2007, where they assisted in various studies related to pancreatic carcinomas and gene expression analysis. Clark started their research journey as a Laboratory Technician at the University of Utah from September 2002 to May 2005, working on projects related to ribosomal frameshifting and SARS corona virus. Additionally, they gained experience as a Student Research Assistant at Westminster College from September 1999 to May 2001, and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Westminster College in 1998. Clark's initial research internship was as a Student Research Assistant at the University of Utah in the summer of 1997. Throughout their career, Clark has demonstrated expertise in experimental design, method development, data analysis, and collaboration with medical professionals.

Clark Henderson obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry and Physics from Westminster University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of California, Davis, where they completed their PhD in Biophysics from 2007 to 2013.
