Prior to this role, Jack has held various HR leadership positions at companies such as Novares Group, Meridian Lightweight Technologies Inc., Fives, US Farathane, and Magna Powertrain. With a background in Political Science and Mineral Engineering, Jack brings a wealth of experience in overseeing HR functions, compensation, benefits, and Health & Safety for large organizations across multiple global locations. Jack also specializes in providing strategic HR assessments, plans, and interim leadership assignments to elevate HR/talent teams into critical strategic partners within organizations.
