Jerome Vidale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jerome started their career in 2006 as an intern at Mecachrome, where they studied the possibilities of expanding the company's business to composites manufacturing. In 2007, they interned at the French Army, gaining a broader perspective of the Defense Ministry and participating in helicopter experiments. In 2010, they became the Business Unit Manager at Atelier industriel aéronautique, overseeing the Accessories & Equipments overhaul division. Jerome later transitioned to the role of Project Manager, leading various upgrade projects for French Army aircraft. In 2014, they joined Safran Aircraft Engines as the Head of Quality Department for commercial engines assembly and testing and later became the Used Parts Strategy Director. From 2021 to 2022, Jerome worked as the Plant Quality & HSE Director at Kongsberg Automotive. Jerome currently holds the position of Plant Quality Director at Groupe SEB.

Jerome Vidale has a strong educational background in engineering and aeronautics. Jerome obtained a degree in Mechanics, Mathematics, and Physics from École Polytechnique in 2005. Following that, they pursued further studies in Aeronautics at ISAE-SUPAERO in 2006. In 2019, they attended Safran University for a Management Development Program, focusing on Leadership, Change Management, and International Business Management. In 2023, Jerome plans to pursue certification as a Professional Coach at Académie Européenne de coaching. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Devenir entrepreneur du changement from Ticket for Change in 2016, Green Belt from Safran in 2016, and CPIM from APICS in 2012.
