Oualid Lkhaouni

Oualid Lkhaouni has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and software development. Oualid started their career as an IT Helpdesk at XPRON Systems GmbH from October 2012 to October 2013. Oualid then worked as a Software Developer at the E-Commerce-Learning Center, Universität zu Köln from March 2015 to September 2015. Oualid then became a Mobile Application Developer at the Regionales Rechenzentrum der Universität zu Köln from October 2015 to March 2017. Oualid joined Deloitte Deutschland as a Penetration Tester - Cyber Risk Services in April 2017 and worked there until April 2020. Currently, Oualid is working at SEC Consult Group, where they started as a Security Consultant in October 2020 and later promoted to Senior Security Consultant in April 2023.

Oualid Lkhaouni pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting from 2013 to 2017. During this period, they attended the University of Cologne where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.

Following their undergraduate studies, Oualid continued their academic journey at Ruhr University Bochum from 2018 to 2022. There, they pursued a Master of Science degree in IT-Security and specialized in this field.

In 2020, Oualid briefly expanded their knowledge by attending INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon. During their time there, they focused on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications as part of their Master of Science program.

In addition to their formal education, Oualid Lkhaouni has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. In November 2021, they earned the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification through Offensive Security. In November 2022, they also obtained the Certified Red Team Professional (CRTP) certification from Pentester Academy. Furthermore, in June 2022, Oualid achieved the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C02) certification offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
