Andrea Ottomanelli Magovern

Andrea Ottomanelli Magovern has extensive legal and regulatory experience, currently serving as an Assistant Director at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since September 2011, with previous roles including Branch Chief, Acting Branch Chief, Senior Counsel, and Attorney-Advisor. Prior to this, Andrea worked as an Associate at K&L Gates LLP from September 2004 to September 2011. Andrea holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, obtained in 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Dayton, earned in 2001. Andrea is a graduate of Perrysburg High School, completing studies there in 1997.
