Christine Hernandez has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles within the financial sector. Since June 2015, Christine has served as Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, previously holding positions such as Attorney-Adviser in the Division of Examinations and Counsel in the Office of International Affairs. Prior to this, Christine worked as a Legal & Compliance Associate at Banco Santander and as a Swaps Compliance Examiner II at the National Futures Association. Additional experience includes regulatory internships at Moody's Corporation, Alpari, the NYC Department of Finance, EFG Asset Management, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Christine holds a Juris Doctor in Corporate and Securities Law from Brooklyn Law School, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University.
