Ian Greber-Raines has extensive experience in legal practice with a focus on securities law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since January 2016, Ian has previously held a position in the Bureau of Securities at the New Jersey Office of Attorney General from 2013 to January 2016. Prior to that, Ian worked as an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from 2007 to December 2012. Ian completed a Juris Doctor degree at New York University School of Law between 2004 and 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University.
