Kendra Kinnaird

Kendra Kinnaird is a Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since January 2016. Prior to this position, Kinnaird served as an Associate in Litigation and Enforcement at BuckleySandler LLP from May 2010 to September 2015, representing financial services clients in various litigation matters including class actions and government investigations. Kinnaird's earlier experience includes roles as a Trial Associate at McDermott Will & Emery LLP and as a Summer Associate at the same firm, as well as serving as a Legal Assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Kinnaird earned a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
