Colleen Merchant

Colleen Merchant has over 25 years of experience in project management and creative resource management. Colleen currently works as a Senior Project Manager at Second Avenue Learning since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Project Manager at Dixon Schwabl Advertising from June 2021 to December 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Colleen worked at the University of Rochester Advancement as a Creative Resource Manager. In this role, they were responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and managing multiple projects within various areas. Colleen also developed production schedules, creative briefs, and specifications, and proactively negotiated any necessary changes.
