Patrick Strittmater

Patrick Strittmater is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in developing and implementing data solutions across several prestigious companies. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Second Dinner since 2024, Patrick previously held similar roles at Tatari and Amazon, and started their career at Blizzard Entertainment where significant contributions included optimizing ETL processes and creating real-time data streaming applications. A strong foundation in data engineering is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Naval Academy and further qualifications in Data Science and Machine Learning from the University of California, Irvine and Udacity, respectively. Patrick's diverse skill set encompasses Apache Spark, ETL development, and data warehousing, underpinned by a background as a US Naval Officer, where leadership and coordination skills were honed.
