Kapil K. Sharma, MS, MBA, MSF, currently serves as Program Manager at Altitude Lab since June 2022 and has held the position of Director of Bioengineering/Investor Relations at Second Heart Assist Inc. since October 2018. Previous roles include Director of Bioengineering & Startup Launches and Startup Launch Supervisor/Bioengineer II at Leonhardt Ventures | Cal-X Stars Business Accelerator Inc. from November 2017 to December 2021, and Chief Technology Officer at AortaCell from January 2019 to July 2020. Kapil co-founded EZHeme Medical LLC, where the role of CEO was assumed from June 2017 to December 2019, and has contributed as a Healthy Living Educator at Maliheh Free Clinic and a Lassonde Center Associate. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance, an MBA in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations, and a Master’s degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, all earned from the University of Utah, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
