Prior to this, they worked as the National Partnerships Director at Peek, delivering technology for a virtual-first leasing journey. JOHNNY also served as a Digital Marketing Consultant at RentPath, providing marketing solutions for multifamily communities. Johnny has also held positions at Axos Bank and Bank Of The Internet, where they focused on digital transformation strategies for Property Management and Home Owners Associations. Earlier in their career, they worked at PayLease as a Sr Enterprise Executive, providing online payment software solutions for the property management industry. JOHNNY also gained experience in mortgage lending as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Home Loan Consultants. Johnny's expertise lies in partnerships, digital marketing, and business development within the property management and real estate industry.

Johnny Parada obtained their Bachelor of Science in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from the University of Arizona in 2006. Prior to that, they attended Alta Loma High School from 1998 to 2002.
