Ida Löscher

Ida Löscher has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in UX research and human-computer interaction. Ida is currently working as a Principal UX Researcher at Secondmind since April 2023. Prior to this role, Ida worked at Secondmind as a Senior User Researcher from September 2021 to April 2023. In this position, they conducted user research, including usability testing and contextual interviews, and collaborated closely with product design and management teams. Ida contributed to the development of user journey maps, personas, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes, while also representing the user's perspective in product and marketing discussions.

Before joining Secondmind, Ida worked as a UX Researcher at MathWorks from October 2020 to August 2021. Ida'sresponsibilities included uncovering usability issues through usability testing, conducting contextual interviews, and identifying user needs and product opportunities.

Ida also has a strong academic background, having worked at Uppsala University from 2013 to 2020. Ida started as a PhD student in Human-Computer Interaction before taking on various roles, including Researcher in HCI (Digitalization), Teaching Assistant, Researcher in HCI (Intensive care), and UX Researcher/HCI (Automotive). In these roles, Ida conducted research projects, collaborated with industry partners, developed UX methods, and facilitated workshops and seminars.
