Raghu Nandan has over 15 years of experience in the sales and business development industry. Raghu started their career in 2005 as a B2C Sales & Service Representative at HSBC. In 2011, they joined Oracle Corporation as a Business Development & Sales Representative where they worked on identifying prospective customer needs and developing innovative solutions to satisfy their requirements. In 2013, Raghu joined Dreamz Infra India Pvt. Ltd. as General Manager - Sales & Training and was responsible for generating new sales, driving and maximizing service revenue, and managing a team of sales consultants. In 2015, they moved to DAMAC Properties as Property Consultant Manager and was responsible for sourcing potential investors and building a team to deliver sales targets on a monthly basis. In 2016, Raghu joined Kaseya as an Inside Sales Manager and was responsible for building the sales pipeline and maintaining 3X pipeline throughout to ensure timely closures. In 2017, they moved to Brillio as A.Manager - BD, Inside Sales and lead a team of 15 BD and Inside Sales team to handle end-end sales across industries in UK, India, and US Market. In 2019, Raghu joined Soroco as Head - Global Sales Development and recruited, trained and established a world-class successful team of 22 internal and 4 external agency resources responsible for outbound and inbound sales engagements across industries in North & South America, EMEA, APAC and ANZ Markets. Raghu is currently the Head - Global Business Development at SecPod since 2023.

Raghu Nandan obtained a Bachelor of Business Management, Marketing from Dayananda Sagar University, followed by a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Raghu also has a certification in Sandlers Sales Training.
