Kathryn Nezic

Kathryn Nezic is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Secret Escapes since January 2019. In this role, Kathryn leads talent acquisition efforts across various regions and disciplines, including Media Sales, Marketing, and Finance, managing the full talent lifecycle from resourcing to onboarding. Prior to this, Kathryn worked at Debenhams as a Resourcing Business Partner and Resourcing Advisor, delivering comprehensive recruitment services for diverse roles, particularly in Senior Buying and Digital. Earlier experience includes positions as a Recruitment Consultant at Freedom Recruitment and Stone Recruitment, focusing on the retail and finance sectors, as well as a Resourcer role at Value Retail. Kathryn holds degrees in English and American Literature from the University of Kent and the University of Miami.
