Adrian Healey

Adrian Healey is an Associate Director with Secretariat based in London. Mr. Healey is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers with over 10 years’ hands-on experience, he has a diploma in law and has passed the relevant ICE law exams covering typical disputes under NEC contracts.

Mr. Healey’s experience spans numerous industries including infrastructure, water, manufacturing, chemical, and residential. In addition to projects in the UK, he has worked on projects in Denmark, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Ireland. Mr. Healey regularly acts as Lead Assistant to the appointed Delay Expert on complex domestic and international construction and engineering projects. He leads teams in relation to the resolution of high-value international arbitrations and matters referred to adjudications on a range of construction projects and forms of contract including NEC, JCT and FIDIC.
