Conrad Bromley is the managing director at Secretariat International. Conrad has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, working in various countries such as the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. Bromley started their career as a site assistant for Read Construction Holdings and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a claims consultant and then associate director for Navigant Global Construction Practice. In 2016, they became director for Hill International and held that position until 2017 when they joined HKA. Bromley has been with Secretariat International since 2020.

Conrad Bromley has a post-graduate diploma in law from BPP Law School, an LLM in construction law and arbitration from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, a BSc. in quantity surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, and a diploma in international arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Conrad also has certification from RICS in accredited evaluative mediation, accredited expert witness, and expert determination, certificate. Conrad is also certified by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as an arbitrator - business arbitration scheme, and by The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) as an MCIOB.
