Les Ross

Les Ross is a Director with Secretariat’s Australian operations. He has over 35 years’ experience as a quantity surveyor in the construction industry providing commercial, contractual and quantum advice in the consulting sector. Mr. Ross’s experience spans oil & gas, mining, major infrastructure and building projects in the UK, Middle East, Hong Kong, Macau and Australia.

He has provided quantum dispute resolution and expert witness services in various forums over the last ten years including claims support and advice on several major international arbitrations in the commercial and oil & gas sectors.

Mr. Ross has been appointed as a quantum expert witness in construction dispute proceedings and has given oral testimony in court.
