Nathan R. Cohen

Nathan R. Cohen has extensive work experience in the real estate and finance industries. Nathan R. began their career in 2015 as an Intern at Broderick Group. Nathan R. then worked as a Market Analyst at Centennial Advisers and an Investment Associate at Graystone Capital Advisors in 2018. In 2020, they became an Assistant Director at Savills, and in 2021 they took on the role of Associate at LFA Multifamily. Nathan R. is currently an Associate, Real Estate & Expansion at Section L.

Nathan R. Cohen has a diverse educational background. Nathan R. attended Seattle Academy from 2010 to 2014, where they graduated with a high school diploma. Nathan R. then attended Chapman University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance and Philosophy. Afterward, they attended Georgetown University from 2020 to 2022, where they earned a Master's in Professional Studies in Real Estate. Nathan R. is currently attending TOYO LANGUAGE SCHOOL to study Japanese Language and Literature. In addition to their education, Nathan holds a Real Estate Salesperson License from the California Board of Real Estate, obtained in February of 2019, and a Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) certification from Bloomberg LP.
