Jen Lee

Jen Lee has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Jen currently serves as the Director of Operations at Section L. Prior to this, they worked at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they held the positions of Rooms Manager and Individual Consultant. Jen also worked at Rare as an MBA Consultant - Marketing, collaborating with a team to create a marketing strategy for the conservation industry. Jen Lee has also worked as a Senior Consultant at InnoVision Solutions Group. At Hyatt Hotels Corporation, they held the roles of Guest Experience Manager and Guest Relations Assistant Manager, where they implemented strategies to improve guest satisfaction. Jen has also worked at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., Hotel Commonwealth, and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts in various roles within the hospitality industry.

Jen Lee completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Boston University, studying from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they hold a certification in Japanese-Language Proficiency Test - Level N1, which they obtained in December 2015 from Japan Educational Exchanges and Services and the Japan Foundation.
