Brandon Hanson

Brandon Hanson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2011, they started their career as a Customer Care Professional at APAC Customer Services, where they provided customer support for three years. Brandon then joined WPS Health Insurance in 2014 and worked as a Customer Care Professional for three years. In 2018, Brandon moved to Schreiber Foods as an Application Developer, where they learned and supported various technologies. Brandon worked on custom program life cycles and gained experience in Oracle ERP, RPA Automic Automation, EDI, UNIX/Linux, PowerBI, PL/SQL, and T-SQL. In 2019, they worked as a Business System Analyst at Nature's Way, where they bridged the gap between business and technology and provided solutions through design documents. Later that year, they joined Thrivent as a Technical Support Engineer, handling web and mainframe enterprise apps support and on-call critical situation response. From 2021 to 2023, Brandon worked at Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. as an Automation Developer. Currently, they hold the position of Business Analyst II at SECURA Insurance, responsible for analyzing, writing requirements, software design, and testing of insurance solutions.

Brandon Hanson pursued their education in a sequential manner, starting with Northeast Wisconsin Technical College from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they were a UWGB Transfer Student and focused on general education. Following this, from 2017 to 2019, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering. Apart from their formal education, in April 2020, Brandon acquired the UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification from UiPath.
