Sarah Krause, CPCU, ARM, AU, ARe has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Currently, they serve as the VP of Human Resources at SECURA Insurance, a position they have held since March 2022. Previously, they worked at Integrity Insurance from 2018 to 2022, where they held various leadership roles including AVP of Enterprise Transformation Operations, AVP of Integrity Operations, and AVP of Talent Management and Operations.

Prior to Integrity Insurance, Sarah worked at SECURA Insurance from 2005 to 2018. During their time there, they held multiple positions, including Commercial Lines Underwriting Director, Commercial Underwriting Supervisor, Product Development Manager, and Commercial Underwriter.

Before joining SECURA Insurance, Sarah gained experience at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company as a Senior Commercial Underwriter and Commercial Underwriter. Sarah also worked at Aflac as a Sales Representative and Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation as an Underwriting Assistant.

Throughout their career, Sarah has been responsible for various aspects of operations, talent management, underwriting, and business development. Their roles have involved leadership, strategy development, team management, and organizational transformation.

Sarah Krause, CPCU, ARM, AU, ARe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications over the years. Sarah earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification in March 2006, the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification in October 2010, the Associate in Underwriting (AU) certification in May 2013, and the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) certification in January 2018.
