Russ Dow

Russ Dow has extensive experience in security management, currently serving as Security Manager at SecurAmerica and Regional Area Manager at Citadel Security U.S.A. since August 2018. Prior roles include Field Operations Manager and District Trainer/Recruiter at AlliedBarton Security Services, where responsibilities also included serving as an account manager for Newmont Mining Company. Dow's background in law enforcement includes a tenure as Police Sergeant for the City of Northglenn, where duties ranged from patrol duties to leading a SWAT Crisis/Hostage Negotiations team. Dow's career began in the United States Air Force, where a focus on security police encompassed various roles such as trainer and supervisor, supplemented by certifications in Total Quality Management.
