Katie Drumm

Katie Drumm is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Group Talent Acquisition Lead at Secure Trust Bank PLC since September 2014. Prior to this role, Katie worked as a Talent Manager at BBC from February 2007 to September 2014 and as an Account Manager at Shaker UK from May 2004 to February 2007, where responsibilities included managing blue chip clients, producing live events, and overseeing operational staff. Katie began their career as an Administrative Officer at The Law Society from October 2002 to April 2004.
