Richard Cox

Richard Cox has extensive experience in operational leadership within the financial services sector, particularly in vehicle finance. Currently serving as Head of Operations for Vehicle Finance and Savings at Secure Trust Bank since December 2014, Richard oversees key operational functions including Customer Services, Underwriting, and Quality Assurance, while driving strategic transformational change. Previously, Richard held the position of Transformation Manager at The Funding Corporation Limited from May 2003 to November 2014, and served as Head of Operations at ACF Car Finance Limited from 1999 to 2003. Richard's educational background includes a Certificate for Automotive Finance Specialists obtained from LIBF in 2019 and an International Baccalaureate from The City Technology College, completed in 1998.
