Richard Foote

Richard Foote is an accomplished Regional Managing Director at Secure Trust Bank since January 2020, specializing in providing and managing ABL working capital solutions for clients with facilities up to £50 million. Prior to this role, Richard served as Director of ABL Structuring and Origination for International Clients at ABN AMRO Asset Based Finance N.V., where bespoke ABL debt structures were originated and executed for large corporate clients. Richard also held the position of Senior Portfolio Manager at ABN AMRO Commercial Finance PLC, managing an extensive portfolio of ABL and structured finance facilities. Earlier in career, Richard worked at PwC in Business Advisory and Corporate Tax, focusing on operational and financial restructuring as well as advising a diverse client base on tax matters. Richard holds a BSc in Management from the University of Southampton and completed education at Kaplan and Reigate Grammar School.
