Ben Rizzo

Ben Rizzo has a diverse work experience. Ben is currently the Chief Executive Officer at SecureAire, LLC and also works as an Advisor at Berkshire Partners. In 2018, Ben founded Hartwood Point and has been an investor in small cap buyouts/searches since then. From 2019 to 2021, they were the President of Hadfield Elevator LLC. Prior to that, Ben worked as an Analyst at The Production Department Ltd from 2017 to 2018. In 2016, they co-founded Exero Labs and served as its CEO until 2018. Ben's earlier roles include being an Associate Asset Engineer at Jones Energy, Inc. from 2014 to 2015 and a Production Surveillance Engineer at Shell from 2012 to 2014.

Ben Rizzo has a strong educational background in business and engineering. Ben obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In 2013 and 2014, they attended the Texas McCombs School of Business and earned a Master of Science degree in Technology Commercialization. Rounding out their education, Ben pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Harvard Business School, completing the program from 2015 to 2017.
