Former Executive Director of Administration of the National Electoral Institute for Mexico, where he was in charge of the areas of Financial resources, Materials and Services, Personnel, Administrative Technologies and Security and Civil Protection and Innovation and Processes of the Institute. His experience throughout a career of over 20 years both in the private, social and public sectors, have given him the opportunity to identify best practices to innovate the institutions in which he participates. He is the Co-author of the NUMB3READER®️ application, which is a tool for monitoring daily government spending and author of the Compass of Government Innovation®️, the 8 Blocks methodology for the institutionalization of innovation in organizational culture®️, from the Canvas de la Brújula de Government Innovation®️ and the Scheme that represents a physical and digital space to Innovate®️, among other registered works.
