Johanna Ronkainen, SHRM-SCP

Johanna Ronkainen, SHRM-SCP, has been working in the Human Resources field since 2000. Johanna began their career at SmartTrust, where they held the roles of HR Manager, Americas, HR Consultant, Finland & Americas, and Development Assistant. In 2019, they moved to UROS as a Consultant. Currently, Johanna is employed by SecurEnds as a Human Resources Manager, a role they have held since 2022.

Johanna Ronkainen, SHRM-SCP obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences between 1996 and 2000. In 2004, they attended the same university to obtain their HRD Specialist in Human Resources. In 2007, they completed their Professional in Human Resources Certificate Program from Kennesaw State University. In June 2021, they obtained their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
