What do we look for

We are looking for an experienced Channel Account Manager to strengthen and expand our partnerships with channel resellers and distributors. This strategic role involves nurturing existing relationships and forging new alliances to drive revenue growth through our partners.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role is crucial for someone who thrives on interaction and is keen to have a significant impact within a dynamic market leader.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with channel partners to enhance business growth and mutual success.

  • Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach and drive incremental sales.

  • Provide ongoing training and support to channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell and support SecureW2’s solutions.

  • Collaborate with marketing to create and implement channel marketing programs that drive partner engagement and revenue.

  • Manage partner pipeline, track partner sales activities, and ensure alignment with sales objectives.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners, assessing performance against goals and strategizing future growth opportunities.

  • Navigate and resolve any issues that arise with partners, ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction and loyalty.

Job requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, ideally within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong partner relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for growth within the channel.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and projects effectively.

  • Preferred: Experience with cybersecurity or technology solutions and a strong understanding of channel dynamics.
