Joe Strathmann

As VP of Global Operations, Joe Strathmann is responsible for customer success, global customer service, and the delivery of our security products and modular service options. His team includes Secureworks’ Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Center of Excellence (SCoE), Customer Advocacy, and Secureworks Taegis™ ManagedXDR delivery teams. Joe joined Secureworks in 2015 with over 20 years of operations experience leading customer-facing IT service delivery teams at Dell Technologies, focused on operational efficiency, automation, and partner management. He also served as Director of Global Recycling at Dell where he expanded their industry-leading consumer recycling service and led the Computer Aided Design team in Product Development. Joe earned his BA from Brown University and his MBA from the University of Texas with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Environmental Management.
