Rachna Sahni Bird is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, transformation, and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation and Transformation at Securex Agencies (K) Ltd since October 2019, Rachna has successfully enhanced business operations for a leading private security solutions provider in East Africa. Additionally, Rachna has been a Programme Coach at Future Females since October 2020, guiding over 100 female entrepreneurs through various stages of business development. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at DoctorLink, where Rachna developed a video consultation product, and Digital Consultant at PA Consulting Group, focusing on digital transformation projects for diverse clients. Rachna possesses strong educational credentials, including a Master's degree in Digital Anthropology from UCL and a BSc in Business and Management from the University of Buckingham.
