Judge Rissman

Judge Rissman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contact center management and operations at Securian Financial since June 2015. Currently serving as Contact Center Senior Manager, Judge Rissman oversees a team of supervisors and specialists, managing approximately 150 customer service advocates while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services related to life insurance, annuities, and claims. Prior roles include Contact Center Manager and Contact Center Supervisor, where Judge Rissman demonstrated the ability to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experiences, notably saving $3 million by addressing key performance metrics. A graduate of Drake University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Judge Rissman also held various leadership positions during college, including Treasurer and Vice President of Pi Kappa Alpha.
