Kathy Stickler

Kathy Stickler is an accomplished professional with over four decades of experience at Securian Financial, where Kathy currently serves as the Data Use Governance Manager. In this role, Kathy has effectively managed several teams that expanded from 1 to approximately 30 members, supporting over 50 systems and overseeing quality assurance testing, reporting, technology and security coordination, project management, citizen development, incident management, system configuration, and plan design management. Previously, Kathy held the position of Pension Annuities Specialist, working with various retirement plans. Additionally, Kathy is the President of the LOMA Society of the Twin Cities, a non-profit organization. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Technology Studies from Metro State University, completed between 1990 and 2011.
