Leah Henrikson

Leah Henrikson currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Contingent Workforce Program Office at Securian Financial since May 2020, after previously holding the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Prior to Securian Financial, Leah spent nearly a decade at Target, where roles included Director of Learning & Development and Change Management, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Technology and Data, and Executive Recruiter for Technology. Leah also managed recruitment for Financial Planning & Analysis and led Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Earlier in the career, Leah held the position of Market Director at Ajilon/Accounting Principles/Pacioli and Store Manager at Gap Inc. Leah earned a degree in Communications with a focus on Advertising from the University of North Dakota.
