John Carlson

John Carlson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. John began their career as an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer at Lockheed Martin in 1989 and worked there for over a decade. Following that, they joined Frontier Airlines and gradually progressed within the company, ultimately holding the position of IT Infrastructure Manager. During their time at Frontier, they were responsible for managing a team of administrators and overseeing a large enterprise infrastructure.

In 2008, John transitioned to the Department of the Interior as a Security Analyst, where they were in charge of tracking and responding to audit findings for the National Business Center. Subsequently, they worked at Nelnet as a Corporate Security Engineer, specializing in LogLogic log analysis, vulnerability assessment, and policy review for NIST compliance.

John then moved to DMI (Digital Management, Inc.) as a Vulnerability Management Coordinator within the National Business Center, where their role involved providing shared services for the Department of Interior. John later joined Spry Methods, Inc. as a Security Program Manager within the Interior Business Center, playing a key role in vulnerability management coordination.

Most recently, John joined SecuriGence LLC in 2020 as a Security Program Manager.
