Rob Raymond

Rob Raymond is the Senior Vice President of Financial Sales at Securitas Electronic Security. Rob has over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership roles, including 12 years with Tyco Integrated Security, where they served as Vice President of Global Sales. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing sales in the financial services vertical market, leading a team of 25 sales managers, national account managers, business development managers, marketing managers, and engineers. Rob also directed all sales activities, including sales targets, budget plans, objectives, client relationship management, and long-term strategies.

Under Rob's leadership, Tyco's sales increased from 8 million to over 50 million, and their professional services revenue grew from 2 million to over 20 million. Rob also increased Tyco's market share from 2% to 23%. In addition, they successfully globalized Tyco's US business to include the UK, continental Europe, and Asia Pacific regions, resulting in 45% year-over-year sales growth. Rob was recognized as "Sales Executive of the Year" in 2005, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011.

Rob Raymond earned their MBA from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management with a focus in marketing. Rob also holds a BE from Stevens Institute of Technology in electrical engineering.
