Veronica Ezeyza-Alvear

Veronica Ezeyza-Alvear currently serves as the Interim Head of Legal at Securitas Sverige AB since February 2024 and has been the Owner of VEA Consulting since May 2019, specializing in business development, M&A, and commercial law advisory services. Prior experience includes roles as General Counsel at Polarium and Ericsson, and President and CEO of Relacom Group, a major technology services provider. Additional legal roles were held at the Swedish Competition Authority. Veronica holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Lund and has studied at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid.
