Joy Dutta

Joy Dutta has over 17 years of work experience in the field of software engineering. Joy is currently working as a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Securiti, where they lead the development of their Data Command Center platform. Prior to this role, Joy worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Symantec and Blue Coat Systems. Joy also has experience working at Elastica, ThoughtSpot, Zoosk, Yahoo! Inc, Strand Life Sciences, Cisco Systems India, and Micro System Foundations. Throughout their career, Joy has held various technical roles and has contributed to the architecture and development of different software applications. Joy has mentored teams, provided guidance on best practices, and demonstrated expertise in frontend technologies such as AngularJS and google closure javascript framework.

Joy Dutta completed their B.Tech in Computer Science & Engg from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in the period of 1997-2001. Joy then pursued an MS in Computer Science at Stony Brook University from 2003-2005.
