Elaine Ng

Elaine Ng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving in roles focused on international affairs and sustainable finance at the Securities and Futures Commission and as a member of the IOSCO Board-level Taskforce. Elaine actively participates in initiatives related to corporate sustainability reporting and investor protection, working towards a global baseline for sustainability-related standards. Prior to these roles, Elaine co-founded RELEAF International Limited, utilizing a background as a top salesperson in ESG investing. Elaine held significant positions at MSCI Inc., leading client coverage and analytics consulting, and previously worked at BNY Mellon, Wilshire Associates, and Standard Chartered Bank. Academically, Elaine holds an MSc in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
