Phoebe Sin is a professional with a background in corporate finance and legal practice. Currently serving as a Management Associate in Corporate Finance at the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) since March 2021, Phoebe specializes in IPO vetting. Previous experience includes roles as a Legal Executive at Hogan Lovells and as a Litigation Paralegal at Wilkinson & Grist. Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong.
