Winnie Lam

Winnie Lam is an experienced legal professional with a focus on litigation and dispute resolution. Since 2018, Winnie has been with the Securities and Futures Commission, holding a prominent role. In the same year, Winnie briefly served as a secondee lawyer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to these positions, Winnie was a senior associate at Clifford Chance from 2010 to 2018. Academic qualifications include an LLB in Government and Laws from The University of Hong Kong and additional studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
