Jason Clark has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Jason currently holds the position of Chief Security Officer & Chief Strategy Officer at Netskope since February 2018. Prior to this, they served as Chairman of the CISO Board at Cyberstarts - The Founders Powered VC starting December 2017.

In 2013, Clark founded the Security Advisor Alliance, a nonprofit group of top security leaders from the Global 1000. Jason served as Founder & Member Board of Directors, focusing on collaborating with the security community and providing pro-bono services to help peers in various areas of security.

From 2017 to 2019, Clark was a Member Board of Directors at AppRiver, which was later acquired by ZIX Corporation. Jason also served as a Member Board Of Directors at Fidelis Cybersecurity from 2017 to 2019.

From 2013 to 2017, Jason Clark held the role of Chief Strategy and Security Officer, EVP Executive Advisory and Office of the CISO at Optiv Inc. Jason was responsible for driving transformation and innovation at Optiv, as well as founding the Office of the CISO organization to help the security community and clients with security strategies.

Clark's work experience also includes serving as a Member Board of Directors at PhishMe, Inc. from 2012 to 2014 and as Chief Security Officer & Chief Strategy Officer at Raytheon|Websense from 2010 to 2013. Jason played a key role in evolving Websense and advising CIOs and CISOs on successful strategies.

Prior to these roles, from 2007 to 2010, Jason Clark worked as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Emerson, where they built the company's Global Security Program. And from 2005 to 2007, they served as the Chief Information Security Officer / CISO at The New York Times.

Overall, Jason Clark has a diverse work background with extensive experience in cybersecurity strategy, leadership, and advisory roles.

Jason Clark earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in General Studies from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Jason then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Jacksonville University, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Finally, Jason obtained their Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School between 2009 and 2011.
